The Realty team helps PLS Financial Services add stores by purchasing and developing sites, or leasing and managing existing retail locations. PLS Realty performs site analysis and due diligence for its real estate acquisitions; ground up development; construction management; real estate financing; lease negotiations; and portfolio lease management.

In addition, PLS Realty is an active real estate investor, involved in both the acquisition of retail real estate and the development of new retail properties. On average, PLS invests more than $1.5 million in property development per store.
